Massage
Every massage begins with the same question: What does your body need today ?
Each session at SøulBody is shaped around the answer, drawing from a deep toolkit of techniques and a slow, attentive approach.
Below are three pathways into the work, each with its own rhythm and intention.
Three pathways. One intention: to give your body a real chance to slow down, soften, and come back to itself.

Kahuna comes from Hawaii, a massage tradition with centuries of practice behind it, originally held in sacred ceremony by Hawaiian healers. The word kahuna means "keeper of the secret," someone trained in deep knowledge of the body and the unseen.
What makes this work distinctive isn't a single technique. It's the rhythm. Long, continuous strokes flow across the body using both hands and forearms, moving like ocean waves rather than working spot by spot.
The practitioner moves around the table in a quiet choreography, never breaking contact with you. There are no interruptions, no pauses, just one continuous current of touch from beginning to end.
The result is something most clients haven't felt before. The nervous system drops into a deeper place than regular massage typically reaches. Tension releases without being targeted. Breath slows on its own. The body, sometimes for the first time in months, actually stops holding itself together.
Kahuna works on circulation, the lymphatic system, and the mechanics of held tension.People often leave a Kahuna session changed in a way they can't quite explain. Softer. More themselves. More here.

A fully tailored therapeutic session that draws from a wide toolkit: remedial massage, Swedish, myofascial release, deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, cupping, and Reiki.
Every session begins with listening, to your body and to where the tension is actually sitting, and then weaves the right techniques into one continuous, intentional flow. Ideal for chronic tension, recovery, postural strain, or for anyone wanting therapeutic depth without losing the calm.

A gentle, full-body massage with one job: helping you switch off. Slow flowing strokes, soft to medium pressure, and a pace that finally gives your nervous system time to settle. No agenda, no fixing, just a session built so everything that's been holding tight can release. Ideal for the weeks when life has been loud and your body is asking for quiet, not analysis.
